Power Design Projects Ltd were employed to carry initial designs for approval including meeting room space and specialist lighting. The concept design was to look at the form of the space for meetings taking into account luminous efficacy, controls and overall feel. 

​

The initial stage of the project was the electrical services for the complete building , Main Distribution, Power , fire alarm, UPS system, security and specialist lighting for the meeting space.The design was aligned the latest British standards, looking at energy efficiency and sustainability.

Power Design Projects produced the design to stage 2/3  requirements and monitoring duties in line with the programme of works ensuring technical deliverance of the project.
